If you have a MotoSAT Internet antenna and you pay MotoSAT directly for your internet service, contact us for issues regarding connectivity, email, service interruptions, changes and cancellations.
If you have a MotoSAT Internet antenna BUT YOU DO NOT PAY MotoSAT for your internet service, you may need to contact your provider directly for issues with connectivity, email, service interruptions, account changes, and cancelations.
Customers frequently confuse MotoSAT with MobilSAT. If you still are unsure who your provider is, we can help you determine this.
